  • Taking on additional fee-earning and non-fee-earning responsibilities as required.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in this specialist area of law. You will be immersed in the broad variety of Personal Injury matters, building a strong foundation of knowledge and practical skills that will serve you throughout your career.

You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients and third parties, helping you develop valuable technical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt your approach to different clients’ needs. Alongside this, you will be supported by highly experienced colleagues who have been practicing within the Personal Injury sector for many years, giving you the chance to learn directly from experts while carving out your own reputation in this area of practice.

In addition;

  • We estimate that this position will appeal to an individual at the earlier stages of their career, such as a college leaver or graduate.
  • Equally, this role would suit an existing Paralegal (with or without prior Personal Injury experience) who is looking to take that next step in their professional development.
  • Our team works to deadlines and other service level agreements that we have in place with our clients; therefore you will be calm under pressure, adopt a naturally proactive and organised approach to your work, with the ability to adapt to short-notice changes in priorities.
  • You will be confident in building relationships within and outside of your immediate team and able to work collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
