We're looking for a Legal Administrator to join our Residential Property department at our offices in Central Guildford. Situated close to Tungstate in the heart of Guildford, our offices are conveniently located within walking distance of the main shops and restaurants. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our highly experienced specialist conveyancing team, who provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance throughout the property buying and selling process to ensure a seamless and successful transaction.

Day to day:

Our team of experienced solicitors specialise in residential conveyancing and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. The team at Moore Barlow takes pride in approaching property transactions with this understanding, striving to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Our Legal Administrators are essential members of our team, responsible for managing their own tasks while also providing support to colleagues on more intricate issues. Your daily responsibilities will encompass a blend of secretarial and administrative duties, including:

  • Managing incoming post promptly
  • Assisting with dictation
  • Opening files
  • Drafting contracts and transfer documents
  • Preparing completion statements and land registry applications
  • Handling Stamp Duty Land Tax returns
  • Engaging with clients and estate agents on a daily basis

About you:

You might be a recent law graduate or an individual currently undertaking or having completed the LPC, eager to advance your career.
