Moore Barlow is currently seeking a Solicitor to join our leading and award-winning Major Trauma Services Team in Richmond*.

About the Major Trauma Services Team:
Led by our Senior Partner, Trevor Sterling, our Major Trauma Services Team is the first of its kind; a team dedicated to providing holistic support to individuals who have suffered major trauma, ensuring they receive the appropriate rehabilitation and care following their accident, and securing any due compensation.
Our Team is focused on improving outcomes. By working closely with and taking instruction from numerous major trauma centres in the City to ensure clients receive the empathetic and efficient support they need as soon as possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor with a real passion for Personal injury work to join a team of highly-experience and specialist legal professionals. This is a team that believes in organic growth and, as such, you will be closely supported with your ongoing professional training and career development.
Day to Day:
- You will be building strong relationships with our clients and their families, ensuring they are closely supported throughout the duration of the matter.
- You will take the lead on your own caseload of matters, and will support the Partners and Senior Associates within the team on matters of greater complexity.
- We care deeply and as such you will provide a highly-attentive, empathetic, and supportive service to our clients.
- You will also take part in coaching and mentoring of the more inexperienced individuals in the team to help develop their knowledge and technical abilities.
What we look for:
- A qualified Solicitor with previous experience gained in the field of Personal Injury Law – we envisage this to be in the region of 2-4 years’ PQE.
- Prior experience managing a varied caseload of personal injury matters.
- Great communication skills, and a passion for helping vulnerable individuals facing extremely challenging circumstances.
- The ability to work efficiently and at pace in order to ensure clients achieve the best outcomes possible following their injury and initial treatment.
- You will be calm under pressure, adopt a naturally proactive approach to your work, and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities at short notice.

- Whilst this position is offered full-time, we offer a split of working from home and the office. We are a flexible team and are open to considering alternative working patterns.

*Our Major Trauma Services Team are based across our Richmond and London (City) offices; while you would primarily be based in the Richmond office, there will be an expectation for you to attend the City office periodically.
